Race 23 - P4
Coca-Cola Racing by Erebus locked out the front row of the 2023 Sandown 500.
Will Brown beat off his teammate Brodie Kostecki by a tenth of a second to claim his first pole at Sandown, and his fourth for the season.
Will partnered up with Jack Perkins for this years event and were dominant all day, comfortably sitting inside the top three for the majority of the race.
A late Safety Car period with 20 laps to go brought the field back together, as Will and Brodie went on maximum attack for the final laps.
With 5 laps to go it was all but done as Will made a small but costly error. The #9 pilot hit a gear too many on the downshift and shot off to the grass, giving away P3 the Shane Van Gisbergen and ultimately finishing in P4.
